Top to Bottom Skincare Academy is a licensed esthetician school and nail technician school located in Shiloh, Illinois. We proudly serve both students pursuing a career in the beauty industry and clients seeking professional skincare services. Our academy offers hands-on training, small class sizes, and state board exam preparation for esthetician and nail technician students.
